Summary: My brothers and our sons met up to attend our first OU home game all together. We enjoyed being outside and playing pickleball and corn hole. We enjoyed the fire pit at night and the big screen TV and media room to watch the other games that weekend. The house was clean And a nice stay. If we had wanted to swim, we would have needed to clean the pool ourselves, but the hot tub was clean and free of leaves. We would gladly stay again!

Summary: Overall, great place! The property is definitely getting in need of some maintenance/upkeep. Bagworms have destroyed much of the backyard landscaping. Pools were not quite as easy to opetate as the instructions in the binder. We brought some extra kitchen items based on other reviews and we still strughled to feed our group easily and had to.buy some disposable pan type of things. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay abd it was a very good property and has the potential to be amazing! Property owners very responsive and always willing to help/answer questions. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: The house was amazing, other than the sometimes not there water pressure inside. Great layout. The 3 main bedrooms are downstairs, the twin over twin bunks are upstairs along with the movie room. There’s tons of seating inside and out. The outside was really cool. Pool and hot tub with waterfalls on both. When we couldn’t figure out how to get the waterfalls to work they FaceTimed with me to show me how. The outdoor kitchen was awesome too. I think the only thing that we didn’t use was the fire pit, which isn’t because we didn’t want to, we just didn’t have the time. We would love to stay here again.

Summary: Very enjoyable family reunion at a place that had something for everybody. Teens really enjoyed pickleball and the pool, as well as media room. The hot tub and pool table got used a lot. Plenty of tables and seating for all in a variety of settings. And plenty of parking for six vehicles. No problems except two people got stung by wasps or yellow jackets. And we couldn’t find a skillet anywhere.

Summary: This property was very good overall. Jeff did a great job communicating expectations for the property and the checkin/out process. We took advantage of all of the amenities except for the pickleball. There are only a few things we would suggest to make the next traveler’s stay even better. 1. The lights. There were several light bulbs out in inconvenient places. The range vent, the upstairs shower, no light in the hot tub, and several of the string light bulbs in the backyard that were missing or broken/exposed. 2. If you plan on cooking for a crowd, you will likely need to bring a bigger skillet/cast iron, sheet pans, bigger cutting boards, and while there are quite a few spices but many were old and the one salt shaker was almost empty. 3. While the landscaping was beautiful, the property needs some love. Aside from many dead arborvitae that need to be removed, there was also poison ivy that we found while trying to pull a basketball out from behind the arbs along the back fence. 4. Only two of the three waterfalls were working. 5. The pool table had pockets that were detached in places so if a pocket was too full you would have a ball fall straight to the floor. 6. The gym was dirty. The same is true of a lot of the pool toys and cleaning tools. The pool noodles were old and gross, the skimmer was a little broken but I was able to pop it into place and make it work. Overall. Good property that we enjoyed, for the price we expect perfection though.

Summary: Our host Jeff was fantastic. The house was as advertised and worked perfectly for our big group of 14. We will be back to this property next year for the same basketball tournament I will be reserving it again soon.

Summary: The most amazing place I’ve ever stayed at. Hot tub, pool, outdoor kitchen, and backyard was spectacular. The house was very large and elegant. Very quiet neighborhood. The host was very quick to answer any questions and very hospitable. Overall this was a 5 star experience!!!

Summary: Homeowners were amazing and had very thorough, easy to follow instructions for everything on the property. Property was very very nice. Pool was fantastic with the heat and was really nice after several softball games. Homeowners were very easy to get a hold of and quick to respond with questions. Would definitely book here again.

Summary: We traveled from Dallas to Norman for a baseball tournament and selected this house for the backyard and it’s amenities. Rebecca was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly which is always a plus. The check in process was easy and the interior of the house was clean and perfect for the two families and teenage boys. The house has a pool table and plenty of bed space. The beds were comfortable and the interior of the house is clean and well kept. The outdoor area with the pickle ball court was awesome. The pool and hot tub were nice and the grill are was a great setup for the boys just to hang out and relax at after their games. We received a operation book to work the different amenities and it was helpful although some of the items at house just didn’t work. The lights in the pool would not come on and that would be a safety issue if you were a family with smaller kids. The yard is a disaster with weeds and trash laying around in the landscaping and several dead shrubs. The owners have what could be an amazing property but they need to spend the time cleaning up the front and back yard and hire some sort of lawn service if they are billing it out at 900 per night. If the owners fix the issues with the yard and pool lights and make a couple of repairs this could be an amazing place for large families to gather or anyone that loves Pickle ball and outdoor activities!
