Summary: My family was in the area for a family wedding. The house couldn’t have been more perfect ! It was very clean and well furnished. The weather didn’t allow us to use the outdoor area, but it was very nice. The king size beds and large tvs in every bedroom were wonderful. We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much !

Summary: Location of this house was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed to make meals and enjoy relaxing with a movie or family game nights of cornhole. Having a washer and dryer was such a blessing as well.

Summary: Love the property, the location, and the house. Only issue was spiders, spider webs, not as clean as expected. Fridge was not clean. Linen on bed looked dirty, had spots. Previous vacationers left bowls , pots, and utensils dirty. Had to purchase propane for grill. Overall still loved the house and had a great vacation.

Summary: Our rental house on Indian Rocks Road was very roomy, with three large bedrooms all with king size beds. There were four wide screen TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room-common area. . The kitchen was on the small side but with the open floor plan and a big dinning area right off the kitchen, it didn't feel small. There were two bathrooms that were adequate. The house was an easy 10 minute drive from Indian Rocks Beach. Parking on Gulf Drive and First Avenue was free, with about 12 spots if you could get there before 9 am.. If you couln't get a space, you would have to park your car a little distance away. The beach itself and the Gulf view were just what a person from the North would like. .Overall the beach was clean and uncrowded in the morning hours. Of course it filled up nicely in the afternoon. There are plenty of eateries along Gulf Drive and they attract a good size crowd for lunch and dinner.
