Summary: This house was great for our group of 7 adults and 4 young children! The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We love the layout with two living rooms and a large game room in between. Additionally having two kitchens helped immensely with all the groceries we brought for the week! This house is so well-equipped with everything you need in the kitchens, as well as toys for the kids and games and puzzles for the adults! We were amazed at the number of beach towels that were folded and ready for our use! Easy access to the lake was great, especially when we were using the sauna, and we had several bonfires in the evening! The views of the lake throughout the house were wonderful, and we spent a lot of time on the expansive deck. Fishing from the dock was successful enough to provide enough for a great fish fry one night! We will definitely consider staying here again!!

Summary: The cabin was all it said it would be and more! Everything was provided (ie: dishes, towels, toiletries, etc) and felt like home away from home! Lots of space for everyone to spread out to relax and enjoy their stay! There were so many different activities to do inside and outside, no one was left without something to do! I would highly recommend this place for anyone with a large family or a couple small families, we had 8 people (3 adults, 2 small children, and 3 teens).

Summary: Wonderful time enjoying this cabin with all the possibilities of a real lake experience, including inside when weather does not cooperate (we had one cold day) such as pool table, games, TV, more games and when weather does such as kayaks, canoes, paddle boat. And then there's the sauna and a jump into the cold lake. And then there was the pair of loons who live on the lake. Relaxing.

Summary: A very nice cabin right on the lake. We stayed in December when the lake was frozen and covered with ice and snow. It made for a beautiful window view in the mornings. The cabin was easy to find using Google Maps and the location was good to visit Duluth or state parks (about 30 min drive). We enjoyed the place and wish we had a longer stay to thoroughly enjoy the cabin. It is well stocked with towels, kitchenware, and bedding. We were very comfortable like we were at home and felt like we had everything we needed. There are plenty of board games available in the game room and living room cabinet. There are tvs in each room if people want to spread out for their own entertainment. We loved using the sauna. The wifi worked great which was important to us. We would recommend!

Summary: As an 80 year old, I can honestly say that this was one of my favorite Thanksgivings. My daughter and I have family living nearby, so it was easy for them to visit us. We enjoyed the sauna, the game room, the kitchen and dining areas. The many windows give a great view of the lake, the island and nature. We were welcomed with a platter of pumpkin bars and a bottle of champagne. A Snack Basket had munchies and everything needed for s'mores. I have vision and balance issues, so I had to get used to the minor slant of the floor which was likely caused by the freeze and thaw of being smack dab next to the water. It certainly won't deter us from coming again! We want to return in the summer when we can enjoy the two decks and all the lake activities. Thanks for a wonderful 3 days!
