This lovely beach house in Eastward Look is a 5-minute walk to Scarborough Beach! A prime location in one of Narragansett's most sought after areas! The perfect location to visit many of Narragansett's many attractions and eateries including Coast guard House, Iggy's, Georges of Galilee and many more!
Narragansett is a beautiful beach town with something for everyone. With many family friendly beaches to choose from; Scarborough Beach, Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, and Salty Brine State Beach, all a short drive away. Close by, the Block Island Ferry brings travelers to both Block Island, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket, a lovely day trip. Grab lobsters off the boat in Galilee, or grab dinner and drinks in the port! There are plenty of entertainment options close by, and in Providence and Newport. Take a trip to Charleston or Westerly, to explore more of Rhode Island's beautiful beaches, history, and eclectic art instillations and galleries!

A spacious in-law apartment, separated from the main house (with a separate entrance on the patio level), contains the remaining 2 bedrooms/full bathroom. Freshly furnished rooms in white and cool blues throughout, replete with cottage accents. Flowering trees, billowing grasses, white picket fences, and cobblestone walks will charm the summer guest!
**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.

Summary: We had some confusion before arrival because this place is apparently posted across a couple platforms and info wasn’t synching properly on VRBO. Once I got a property manager on the phone she was incredibly helpful, surprised to hear the listing details about linens and some other amenities were incorrect/confusing in the site, and accommodating with our unusual check in logistics. The property was nice. The basement seemed more lightly used so the cabinets and drawers smelled musty and had cobwebs (only an issue if you want to store things in there) and kitchen was more like a satellite kitchen— had a luring machine but no regular coffee pot, no toaster, not many dishes— but the upstairs was fully stocked. There were lots of useful things stored in the laundry room and the laundry worked great too. The one thing I’d change is make sure there is a hose attached to spigot in outdoor shower because that would make it so much easier to get sand off our feet (and clean any sandy belongings) before entering house than just using the shower head. The last thing I would change is that the property company is closed on Sunday and Monday which are the days we had the most questions— the first two days we were getting settled in. By the time they were open again we had bought our own replacements and figured out our own workarounds. It would be nice to switch that so either Sunday or Monday they were open. But the location was great, nice neighbors, friendly management!

Summary: Bedrooms were perfect for our family of adults and children and grandchildren. The outside patio with the wonderful round table worked very well for all of our mealtimes. Walk to the beach was very doable for all of us with our wagons.

Summary: Overall we had a very nice stay in this beach cottage. The home is a short walk to Scarborough beach (no complaints from my 5-yr old) and the lawn/outdoor area are well kept; the neighboring homes are also well maintained and peaceful. The interior of the main house is a bit worn down with a small bathroom to support 3 bedrooms but the layout is convenient and was a nice cozy stay for our party of two families. The separate downstairs apartment has been renovated nicely and would be a great option for guests who need their own space. The laundry facilities are located in the cellar and are only accessible via a separate outdoor entrance.
