Summary: Because of the much higher price than Hilton, my expectations were high! Room was too dark! When I asked to switch, I was told they are all the same. It felt claustrophobic and I could barely see to put on makeup. The other huge disappointment was the bed. They are all temperpedic but way too firm! Extremely uncomfortable. Finally, there were nail clippings left on the desk chair.

Summary: The room was great, but there were no luggage carts available. Due to not using valet me and my 7 year old had to carry all our bags from the parking garage (which is not included in the stay and a pretty long walk) to the hotel by ourselves. There weren’t any carts even when checking in at the desk.

Summary: We were stuck overnight in Charlotte unexpectedly given the canceled flights due to weather. We booked three rooms, knowing we would not find a flight until the next day. Our luggage was lost and we literally had only the clothes on our backs and a few other items. We had already been traveling for almost 24 hours. The front desk person (Keisha?) was AMAZING. She sympathized with our situation. Knowing we were exhausted, needing a drink, then bed, she noted two bars were open at the hotel and we had our three rooms adjacent in no time. After having some wine, I asked if there was a pantry, sundry shop, or nearby convenience store to get toiletries. It was below freezing and coming from the Bahamas, no warm clothes. She asked me to wait back in the bar. She arrived a bit later with a medium sized bag, full of essential toiletries for the seven of us. We were so thankful. All staff was amazing, including bar and valet staff. We would have liked to explore more but getting home was our first priority. Great job making all of us feel relaxed and welcomed. Thank you
