Summary: My family comes every summer. Plenty of things for the kids to do! Pools, slides & Lazy River are the best!! Always clean, staff is exceptional!! Beautiful property!

Summary: Loved everything about the property! We stayed one night between other Hill Country stops and it felt like were there longer than one night. Great crowd, lots of activities for kids and we still managed to have some time to relax by the pool. Plenty of chairs on weekdays, can’t say how crowded it is on weekends. Loved the layout of the hotel and the accessibility to amenities being close to the room. The water slides, pool and lazy river were top tier for a hotel. Pricey food and drinks but worth the cost for the atmosphere. If we stayed longer, we would probably eat some meals in our room. Even at dinner time most people were dressed casual and enjoying drinks and games. I appreciated the option to dress up for dinner or be laid back after a long week of summer activities.

Summary: Great stay and great customer service from check in to check out. My family and I will definitely be back! We had a room right off the elevators and it was very noisy. I wish I would have requested to change rooms but we had already settled in. I won’t make this mistake next time.

Summary: Customer service was very poor. I was charged the deposit for incidentals twice and they were unable to remove the extra charge, mind you i stayed multiple days therefore each day was $100

Summary: It was wonderful, the room was great, service was exceptional (except one rude female out by the pool Saturday evening/end of day), the pool area was great, the outside movie for kids last night was a favorite, loved the bracelet making & the girls helping were very friendly & helpful to our kids, loved the anniversary gift from y’all (sweet surprise), front desk was very sweet & helpful, all the younger workers out by the pool (and everywhere) were all very friendly & helpful, loved how clean everything was, the gym was great, the Cibolo moon breakfast buffet was wonderful (and the lady that helped us Saturday morning was amazing). The only big complaint is that everything else is already so expensive, it’s ridiculous to make us pay for self parking daily, it should be included in the nightly hotel stay/daily resort fee.
