Summary: Overall, we had a great stay. The only issue was noise coming from another apartment on two consecutive nights. While this wasn't the property's fault, it might be helpful to establish or better enforce quiet hours for residents to help minimize disturbances in the future. The showers could also use a bit of change. The glass partition is very narrow, so most of the water sprays onto the bathroom floor while showering, creating a large puddle that can become slippery and potentially hazardous. Additionally, one of the shower head did not fit securely in its holder, which made showering less convenient. It would be also nice if we could exchange dirty towels for clean ones instead of having to pay €3 per extra towel. Aside from these issues, everything else was good.

Summary: I picked this hotel due to location and the fact that we were arriving in the evening to Budapest and we wanted an actual person to deal with for check in. 24 hour staff onsite was very much appreciated. There are several cafes and restaurants on the street and more within walking distance. The room was nice clean, modern and spacious (as it is depicted in the photos). Only thing I would say is maybe a few more essentials for the kitchen, like paper towel, a small water jug to put water in to keep in the fridge and a better coffee machine. We had a drip coffee machine that was missing a few parts to properly operate it(again super minor things) Otherwise I would stay there again.

Summary: The K46 is a great place to stay convenient for accessing all of Budapest but plenty to do right outside the door. It was clean and quiet with an outstanding staff to help with any questions we had. The only qualm my family had was with the AC not being quite up to American standards but after talking with other travelers while out and about from the US, that’s par for the course so I can’t hold that against them. I highly recommend it to anyone and I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: My husband and I stayed for 4 nights. The place is in good location, perfect for public transportation and grocery stores and restaurants. There’s also a washing machine and dishwasher, they provided dishing soap and laundry detergent if you need more also available for a fee. The room we got is quite spacious. There’s an AC but we can’t put it a bit more cooler as it was set for a certain temperature and it was a bit warm esp during bed time, that the only downside but we have to stay again we certainly will choose K46 Residences. Thank you.

Summary: The apartment was clean and of a great size for 3 bedroom apartment, check in was relatively straight forward and was easy to store luggage early. Location is excellent, thought was going to be good when booked and it truly was. Close to great coffee, cafes, restaurants, bars, yet thanks to apartments being set back from road apartment was very quiet (great sleep had!) Would stay again.

Summary: We booked the 3 bedroom apartment, it was older and more worn off than on pictures (thought the building seems new), maybe due to not maintaining it well, or inconsiderate guests, but some things can be easily fixed, for example a mark on the wall. The apartment itself was very nice, spacious, 2 bathrooms, towels and tolieteries provided. The location was great too, close to buses that runs directly to many attractions and to train station Keleti. The staff is very nice, helpful and accommodating, the cleaning ladies went above and beyond to help us find stuff we left behind. Overall, great value for the money.

Summary: The apartment was spotless. Everything was in working order. The location was convenient to restaurants and public transportation. There was an unexpected 50 euro charge for taxes. Air-conditioning worked fine.
