Positive: We were welcomed by very kind staff. The room was nicely located near stores, parking options and bistros. The room offers a cute little cooking area, large bed and clean toilet with a shower.
Negative: The bed was a bit hard.

Negative: just the check-in instructions could have been sent by message rather than need of making calls after arrival, trying to figure out things when carrying lots of stuff, having family kids complaining etc.

Positive: The staff was friendly and ready to help. Small room but alright for short stays.
Negative: The area was quite dodgy, we did not feel safe on the street after dark (late afternoon). The bathroom was not really clean and the dishes and kitchen equipment was also dirty. I guess I could not expect more for the price. One night stay was ok. I would not like to stay longer.

Positive: For one night stay good
Negative: - You can hear everyone in other apartments - The fridge is too loud so you have to turn if off if you want to sleep - Moldy tiles in the toilette/shower. - When ppl in other apartments start TV or talk you hear everything and can't sleep anymore - The window in apartment 05 was not sealed properly and people were smoking right under it so all smoke came to our room - had to ask them to go smoke elsewhere.
Summary: For the price ok but I did not sleep well
