Positive: - Great place with wonderfull view. - - Great with the free drinks afternoon/evening - deli had great food at good prices
Negative: - pool areas way too small for the size of the hotel - the rule on only 18+ after 18:00. I agree its nice with pooltime without noisy kids, but it just meant that the pools where really crowded until 18 and almost empty thereafter ;-( Either change to after 20:00 or change the agelimit to 12 or 14 years. The beachhouse concept was really weird. Only open from 12-17 (chairs/umbreallas was removed at 17!) and they only had 3 umbrellas and 6 chairs.. many people likes to stay at the beach untill sunset, so extend the use of chairs until sunset and get alot more chairs!!
Summary: Very nice hotel, but pool and beach doesnt work well

Negative: some damage to decking around the pool. Dangerous Could access the other half of the hotel to walk to car park 3 makes no sense to walk down the road in the rain.

Positive: The room size can comfortably fit in family of four with plenty of space for kids to run around the room. The sea view at balcony is superb. I also love that we have our laundry machine inside the room and can hang the clothes at balcony, especially after all the water activities. Food quality for breakfast is decent.
Negative: The hotel is not directly connected to the beach and needs to cross a pretty dangerous road to get to the beach. Both swimming pools are pretty small and get crowded with small kids. A little bit of uphill walking to the main road if you’re not driving.
Summary: Super value for money considering the peak season seaview resort price at Onna. Highly recommend for families

Positive: Great locations, north enough to be away from the dense south but not too north to still be lively. Close to some nice restaurants. Extremely helpful staff. Shoutout to Laurent in the Western breakfast area, who made all the difference between a good and an unforgettable stay in Okinawa with recommendations ranging from beaches, activities to restaurants. Everything very easy and smooth.
Negative: The resort would benefit from some further indoor facilities, such as an indoor pool or a larger gym.
