A renovated large 4 bedroom home that has a homely but beach vibe to it with the beach just a few minutes walk. Within the house we have a number of beds, which all have fresh hotel quality linen. Guests can enjoy themselves in the spacious open plan living area with plenty of seating and French doors opening out onto a private brick courtyard with an established multi level garden setting. After a day at the beach, this is the perfect spot to fire up the BBQ and share stories or relax and unwind in our indoor / outdoor space.

Summary: We loved our stay in Kai Iwi! The property has a beautiful garden and outdoor area, with a lovely jacuzzi. In the living area there is enough space to sit comfortable and there are lots of beds for a big group of people. The kitchen has everything you need to make big group dinners! We absolutely loved spending time here with our girlfriends, thank you!

Summary: Despite the great storm of waitangi weekend 2022, we had an incredible stay here. The property was lovely, spacious and clean. A quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Aimee was lovely to deal with and we will definitely be back. Perfect property for a family weekend away, despite the weather.

Summary: We had a great time at this Bach in Kai Iwi. The beds were comfy and the house was spacious with a good outdoor area for our group of 8 adults. Close to beach with wifi, sky and Netflix. Great to have a bbq and spa that we could use.
