Negative: Late check in, early check out. NO toiletries for a room of this expense. Extremely noisy at night time for the street.

Positive: The apartment was in the city center's pedestrian zone and had two bedrooms, a living room, and big windows with a view of the main street and mountains. It was clean, and the fans were enough in August, so I didn't miss AC. Check-in was easy. Parking was a 5-minute walk away and cost 17 euros a day. I had to drag my luggage on arrival, but I could bring my car to the hotel for checkout before 10 am. Apartment had a lift

Negative: I was able to cook proper meal, but it could have a few more pots, lids, and fry pans.

Positive: Space, light, high ceilings and it was in the centre of Innsbruck I.e. very good access to shops/bakeries/transport. Restaurant below offered fabulous food. A 10-15 min walk to the train station. Communication from the team was great.

Negative: The bunkbed setting for 2 adults (we were 4 adults and 2 adults could share a king bed, 2 had to use the bunk beds). That was disappointing. Also didn’t like that tea bags and/or instant coffee were not supplied. We arrived in the evening and needed to dash for supplies before shops closed (and shops close early!). We weren’t keen on the bathtub in the bedroom either but that’s just our personal preference.

Summary: Well maintained, beautifully located flat.

Negative: Broken bathroom door, bathroom very much in living space.shoul be described as a 2 room studio , the main bedroom is the living room, additional bedroom is smaller and no windows. Quite noisy at night /early hours outside in square.

Positive: The location was truly perfect, right in the heart of Innsbruck. The apartment was well-designed and had everything as expected, making it a comfortable stay.

Negative: The 10 AM checkout with no luggage storage was frustrating, especially for a dedicated (hotel-like) apartment building. Weekend nights were noisy, the bunk bed felt unsafe as it was unstable, and the boiler ran out of hot water after just one shower.

Summary: Great location but the lack of service and some inconveniences made the experience less enjoyable
