Positive: The apartment was clean, had AC and overall comfortable. The hotel staff was helpful with any questions we had. You can also purchase small amenities and snacks from the hotel.

Negative: The location was a bit far from the nearest train station (stockerau station - 2.6km) for people who are on foot. But if you have a car then it’s no big deal as gas station is just next to the hotel. Even having bikes would help.
