Positive: The staff were helpful and provided with anything we needed and were polite and welcoming. The pool was very nice and the table tennis table kept the kids entertained. The drinks could be put on the tab and were not very pricey. The hotel dog was friendly, well mannered and was amazing and delightful to see and we were initially greeted by the hotel dog when we arrived late in the morning. The rooms were clean. The location was a suburban location and was not very busy.. The taxi button outside on the post was very nice and the taxi's once pressed always turned up within a minute. The price for a peak season was great for this hotel.

Negative: The initial shock of the toilet stains at the bottom of the toilet were very off putting, just needs a good scrub down, nothing else apart from that

Summary: Amazing hotel, staff, location and value for money, we really enjoyed our stay here.
