This is a unique condo complex on Kalamalka Lake in Coldstream BC. National Geographic named it one of the top 10 most beautiful lakes in the world. Our unit is a 2 level, 2 bedroom,1.5 bath renovated condo. It is fully furnished with stainless appliances as well as a gas BBQ. There is a large level grass courtyard and a private beach for the 10 surrounding units. Close to shops, beaches, the rail trail, golf courses, many Okanagan wineries and much more! There is a boat launch minutes down the road, and there is a boat lift available which makes lake living convenient as it takes seconds to lower the boat into the lake. We meet our clients at the property to ensure you are familiar and comfortable, and then assist you to launch your boat and get it on a Private Buoy. We have trailer storage available for $75 per week.
Please note VRBO uses US dollars and we pefer 7 day rentals, but currently are open to negotiations.
