Positive: The breakfast was professionally packed in boxes. This was made ready quite early in the morning for an early departure. The staff specially Gagana and Imesha were very helpful. The food was excellent throughout our stay

Positive: The hotel is nicely located at a lagoon. It looks very nice on the first glance. Dinner was okay and the local breakfast was good.

Negative: The staff was somewhat surprised that we arrived. They didn’t explain anything about the property to us, for instance, how the half board meals would work and how to access the WiFi. We had no water in our room and had to proactively ask for everything. The room was dirty, we had spider nets on the bed posts, the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell and the bed sheets were dirty (multiple stains and hair).
