Summary: Thank you for the amazing stay, the people at the entrance for taking care of my luggage and providing me transport, the friendly welcoming people at reception, the great service at the pool, and great food as well as the great service at breakfast and amzing breakfast options, the 2 ladies of the massage which I had twice and was of high quality., the people cleaning,;servicing and decorating my room which made me feel at home! Thank you all and I hope to be back soon!

Summary: We got got the garden view villa. It is nice but not as big and spacious as the pool view. We had trouble accessing the Wi-Fi in our room even though it worked fine anyplace around the hotel , also because we got the garden view we were not entitled to any benefits such as getting 15% discount on ordering food and beverage at the pool and also we got to pay extra to get room service in our room even though our friends in the pool view villas didn’t have to. They charged us when we used the mini bar in our room , so apparently the garden view rooms don’t have the same treatment and amenities as the pool view ones
