Positive: The layout was very good and we really appreciated having a bath after traipsing around the Chiba/Tokyo area all day. Our host was very sweet and the neighbourhood was very peaceful and there were many conbini nearby for snacks and drinks on the go. One of us needed to change the pillow for a cushion type and that was very easy. I really liked the traditional futon style beds in the loft, they were very comfy.

Positive: It’s very clean and well-maintained. Furthermore, the breakfast is really good.

Negative: You can hear the train since it it is beside the railway. However, it seems they tried their best to minimize the noise so it would be bearable.

Summary: I like my stay there. I felt comfortable. Again, I love the free breakfast.
