Positive: Where to begin, Yiannis (owner) greeted us when we arrived,,gave us a history lesson on the building/Villa . ,the restoration is frankly amazing, the most unique and amazing villa I have stayed in (and I have travelled far and away ) . ,Everything was there,full kitchen should you chose to cook, outside area to enjoy a morning coffee ☕️ ) even had a wine cellar wth amazing wines on offer ! bed was super comfortable, pillows amazing, towels were fluffy ,villa was spacious and immaculate, Jacuzzi was amazing on the upper floor overlooking the vineyards and village of Massaŕia, we met the lovely neighbour Mrs Pariskeví (which means Friday),who showed us the lovely historic St Nicholas church ,a wonderful experience for sure ,Yiannis was so very helpful with restaurants to visit as well he is a genuine Santorini citizen who is very proud of where he comes from . This was just what we wanted, relaxation & surrounded by beauty all around, cant recommend this villa enough,,truly unique and truly worth a visit ,,a MUST see ,I have a feeling it will be booked out alot ..memorable for sure ..

Positive: Kanava Cave Winery Villa is an absolutely rare, authentic and wonderful place to stay. Once you get in the villa you can immediately feel the spirit of the old winery, reimagined with amazing design (it almost looks like a little museum !), great materials and nice furniture, with all the equipment to enjoy your stay there (wifi, AC, fridge, cooking equipment etc.). The villa is located in a quiet place in the beautiful village of Mesaria, and for sure, the calm you can find there is gold. The villa offers a privacy that can be hardly found in villages such as Fira or Oia for example. And this is even more important when you enjoy the wonderful rooftop of the villa with its spa ! Quietness, beautiful view on the sea (even more during the sunrise), for a nice relaxing moment. Another good point of the villa is that many services are provided (in extra) to help you enjoy your stay in the villa and Santorini (food ordering, taxi, activities etc.). You can order some delicious Greek food and beverages directly through a QR code provided on a sign in the villa. The delivery is quick and you can pay by card or cash. Even if you don’t rent a car, you can take the bus from Mesaria to go to the points of interest you want all over the island. Uber and taxi also work there. And what to say about the hosts Yiannis and Litsa ! They are probably the best hosts we ever had. They have one goal, make you enjoy your stay as much as possible. They are extremely kind people, they try to be as much available as they can if you text them. They give you good tips and advices to enjoy Santorini, they can book activities for you and recommend you about places to visit or restaurants etc. We have been perfectly welcomed and helped from the beginning to the end, we could hardly imagine a better honeymoon ! Positive: The host was very responsive and polite. Answered messages with haste and took care of any requests we had.

Negative: All was great.. maybe a little language mistakes with the caretaking team.. May need a bit of renovations in that particular unit. Blinds in main bedroom were in disarray. Bathroom tiles could use a face-lift.
