Positive: Good food & onsen. Exceptional massage given by the Japanese Shiatsu therapist. I can highly recommend him.

Negative: The bedroom was small & tired. It needs an upgrade. The bathroom was extremely small.

Positive: It was such a wonderful place to stay and I'm glad I decided to. I loved the room, the private bath, the food was excellent and the staff were amazing! The onsen was great, it was nice to have access to a little shop, coffee and lounge area and other activities within the place.

Positive: Hotel along the quiet main road. 24h reception with bright spacious lobby, local foods and souvenir shop, large guest lounge with lovely views of the garden and the countryside, complimentary snacks, tea and coffee. Bright rooms, spacious, similar lovely views from room window. Coffee table with two chairs located in a sunken area with heated floor pads next to the window. This allows guests to sit more comfortably while enjoying a snack, drink and lovely views. Included breakfast and kaiseki style dinner. Free parking Good wifi

Negative: Not enough time to enjoy the area and hotel. The bears in the area which restricts any wandering around the outdoor area especially in the morning or evening
