Positive: All the staff’s kindness and professionalism - from the cleaning staff to the restaurant staff or the Safari guides (who were absolutely amazing). The room was very spacious, clean and very well maintained. We slept well, had magnificent meals and ended up seeing the big 5, thanks to the relentless dedication of our guides (Katekani and Phillip) - couldn’t demand more. It is very much worth the price. We thought it would be a ‘once in a lifetime’ experience, but we will definitely come back.

Positive: It would take too long to go into every detail about the hotel, but I can honestly say there’s nothing I would criticize. The comfort, food, service, staff, safari experience, pools, the quality of the all-inclusive concept, the à la carte dining, and the taste and variety of wines were all flawless. I wholeheartedly recommend
