Positive: We liked everything. One of the most beautiful hotels on planet Earth. The most amazing stuff in the world, including Omar and Bilel and they couldn’t be nicer. They were amazing all of them and then let’s talk about the food. Oh my God Absolutely incredible food the best in all of Morocco. If you want luxury and the most amazing hotel that you could ever believe, you have to stay here

Negative: I wish the bed was softer It needed what is called in America, a mattress topper made out of memory foam. A 3 inch memory foam topper would have been incredible but other than that Absolutely amazing and everything else.

Positive: The place is really well designed, the double height ceiling, and open shower area to the room was really nice. Spacious room. The breakfast was really nice.We dined indoor and the place was heated and cozy. The place is deep in fes you need to be taken from the road to be able to reach other wise it's really hard to reach.

Negative: The bathroom is exceptionally small, but nothing to do about it. The staff needs to be a little more friendly and welcoming.
