Positive: The host was very friendly and communicative. He was flexible with our check in time and allowed us to leave our baggages after check out. The flat was extremely clean and had all we needed. He even left laundry and dishwashing products for us to use and welcome drinks to enjoy in the fridge. We felt at home and rested very comfortably. The air-con, shower and TV worked well too. Highly recommended!! p.s. The flat was in prime location of Kas, right next to the bus terminal, supermarkets and a short walk to the main streets and beaches.
Negative: It is very close to a Mosque so you will hear the prayer calls, which was not a problem to us at all, as the windows/balcony door are double gazed, but could be a concern for some guests. The flat could only be accessed by stairs (second floor).

Positive: The location was fantastic. So close to everything and not on a super steep hill so walking in the heat isn’t horrible for someone used to cold British weather! Fatih was an incredible host and was very quick to respond literally any time of day or night. The flat was clean and had all the essentials, and there are plenty of shops nearby to get extra things like toiletries/food. We loved it so much.
Negative: There was one night where we were bothered by noisy neighbours at an unsociable hour but Fatih sorted the situation within less than ten minutes of us messaging him. So it was barely a problem!
Summary: Absolutely incredible and we cannot wait to come back ❤️

Positive: Awesome location, takes about 3-4 minutes to walk to town center. Within walking distance to numerous beaches. Very clean and tidy place, that has all the stuff you may need, hosted by some lovely people. Would recommend 100%.

Positive: There are a lot of space in the room, it is really big. There are all necessary kitchen devices inside, such as washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, a lot of plates, glasses and so on. Location is the best. Near bus station and all we need) Owner is the best. 24/7 was in touch with us and provided all necessary assistance! Thanks for him! 10/10 great!

Positive: I'ts located in 5 minutes walking from the heart of the city. Fiendly and helpful staff. Good internet speed for working. The cozy flat is absolutely new and full equipped. Very comfortable bed, perfect and functional kitchen.
Negative: Be prepared to wake up every morning because of loud prayer from the mosque in front of your balcony.
