Summary: Our stay was easy to check-in. The most valuable customer service ever with 24 hours response time in a timely manner. Inside was safe, clean, and quiet. I would love for my family to stay at thjs location again! It was superior.

Summary: The instructive communication via phone was beyond helpful with clear and concise messages for accessing the home. Once we parked outside and saw the surrounding buildings we thought we might have to deal with a little noise but was surprised to find a quiet place with silent nights in VERY COMFORTABLE beds. The pillows will hug you and say "stay a little more!" The layout of the room was such that it allowed privacy for the master bedroom area secluded from the other bedroom even in a room relatively that small. The living area was spacious enough to allow both of us do morning stretches [a little yoga] with the eye level TV that couldn't have been placed in a better angle for better view facilitating access to multitudes of channels. Doing yoga from your favorite channel [Youtube in our case] couldn't have been any easier than this not forgetting the nice comfortable carpet on the floor. We didn't even need to pull out our yoga mats. The kitchen was fully equipped but we didn't need to cook. Plenty of clean towels and beddings for extra comfort. We loved the OBEDIENT thermostat that allowed the exact temp we wanted for the night time. The overall cleanliness and comfortable beds was a plus for this house. Overall it was such a comfortable stay and the drive back after the travel felt easy and non-tiring thanks in large part for the great night sleep this place offered. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Thanks Kasa @ Legacy Park.

Summary: Great location, very spacious, stocked with what you need. The cleanliness is were it all went wrong for me. The apartment needs a detailed clean. The carpet is pretty bad. I wore shoes. I cleaned myself and sprayed with Lysol because I was little freaked out. The grounds are pretty bad. There is literally no grass for dogs so you will smell and see it everywhere and your dog will start going on concrete because you canโ€™t reach grass fast enough. The place is like a maze so good luck trying to figure it out and plan for a lot of waking. Itโ€™s on the fourth floor but much higher than normal. Makes for better view and all the windows are doors to open so that was nice with cool weather and rain storms. They could do better with signage in building. Took me a week to figure it all out. Elevator and your stairs are on opposite ends. Looks like they changed the couch. Itโ€™s super tiny for such a big place. I wanted to love this place and it could be great just needs some love. The tub clogged and had standing water that wouldnโ€™t go down. Took them till next day to fix. I used a plunger and got it down the second night because I needed a shower. Tub was nasty so had to clean that as well. The check out and check in times were very unreasonable with a pet. I arrived much later and left a day early because of it. This was a work trip. I was here for 12 days. Hate to leave bad reviews but just being honest.

Summary: The only reason Iโ€™m not giving a 5 is because our check in time was 3, we were text to say it was ready, but when we got there it wasnโ€™t. However the customer service team did a great job of communicating and compensating us for the error.
