Positive: The apartment was clean and comfortable. Nice king sized bed. Very close to the Marriott where we had a conference.

Negative: The apartment could use a little fixing up. The kitchen island had an un-repaired section that was an eye sore. COuld use some touch up paint. The shower water pressure was poor.

Summary: Very convenient everything in the area! Comfortable and quite.

Negative: Not having access to our unit upon arrival, not having a parking pass in the unit, the l. Extremely loud music playing from other tenants at the pool until 1130pm/12 am

Positive: Staff was nice. Quick response. After I sent the complaint of cricket at night they provided roach killer spray next day.

Negative: Water pressure of the shower was extremely low. I needed to push the button very hard to flush the toilet. The hair dryer was half broken - missing a knob on the switch so I couldn’t turn it off unless I unplugged the dryer.
