Positive: Breakfast, N/A. We liked the area as we used to live/rent at the AMLI property next door. In addition, we liked the amenities offered by the building.
Negative: We found the apartment extremely sterile rather than cozy. We had hoped for a more comfortable atmosphere, given how long we were staying. We would have appreciated a regular drip coffee pot, and the miniature ironing board was terrible.
Summary: Generally, our stay was pleasant and affordable.

Positive: Very comfortable apartment, with a great view and all the amenities. The customer service, although always virtual, has been very satisfactory, responding immediately to all requests.
Negative: I would add a couple of lamps to improve the lighting. During the day, the natural lighting is very good.

Negative: The mattress wasn't in very good condition. Apparently, it hadn't been rotated regularly, and one side had become lower than the other.

Positive: Excellent location. Beautiful grounds. Friendly front desk security. Free printing, when I needed to print something. Outstanding view. Super comfortable bed. I could go on and on. Highly recommend!
Negative: I have 2 things that I’d suggest to improve: a different pillow option. They were all very full and I ended up needed to sleep on a rolled up sweater because the pillows were way to big for me not to get a neck ache. I also wish there’d be a few covered Tupperware or food storage options. That’s it! Thanks!
