Positive: All the hotel was smelling nice and clean. All the staff were greeting, friendly and helpful. Also the views of the hotel were the main attraction.
Negative: Not much to say here. Very small things. The room wifi was unavailable in the bathroom and the soap dispensers weren’t exactly the best.
Summary: I would gladly recommend this resort.

Positive: The staff were very attentive and friendly. It was a top notch experience in this regard. We arrived quite late but they had sandwiches made and sent to our room. Met us with nice warm teas too. We got caught in the rain and the staff met my partner and I with towels. Throughout the whole stay the staff were excellent. The resort itself is beautiful and quiet. It feels like a slight step away from the madness of Ubud which is fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious. Really enjoyed the hotel, it's gym, pool and our free massage.
Negative: The only draw back was because of the construction it was a bit difficult getting in and out of the city centre. Nothing to do with the facilities itself but was a slight draw back.

Positive: Breakfast had huge amounts of choice, was delicious and perfectly presented. Never a long wait to be seen to and the refills of juice were appreciated. The room was immaculate and staff’s attention to detail was second to none. All were incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. By the end of the stay we felt like family. The room was clean, well kept and it was huge. The bath was also fabulous. The main pool was clean and a nice temperature, the private pool was much colder but it was quite nice on a hot day. The food choices were unreal. We really didn’t want to leave at the end of the stay and will be pining to come back for the rest of our days!
Negative: The charge for the honeymoon decoration was our only slight disgruntlement. Other hotels have done this complimentary. Taxis were much more expensive booked through the reception.
Summary: Unreal first stay to celebrate honeymoon

Positive: Staff are so nice doing everything to help and facilities and rooms are clean
Negative: Mostly everything else for me it doesn’t seems like 5 star hotel the property needs a lot of maintenance like gym equipment. There are only one elevator in the hotel. To get a taxi either you order from them and the price is high or you have to go with their shuttle bus for the meeting point to get applications taxi The hallway to get to the room in 5th floor is dangerous and uncomfortable especially in the night .
Summary: I give 6 only for the stuff
