Summary: Kata for sure is a great hotel. Staff were amazing But they became very stingy with extra charges for my daughter even though the huge suite that I reserved was for three people. I didn’t like the way they managed our situation even though I mentioned this is my 30th anniversary and try to make fine for us. This issue really bothered us.

Summary: This is upperclass Thailand at its best. The price was well worth the experience. My kids and wife loved it. We had no need to leave the premises whatsoever. Great staff, amazing room. The beds were as comfortable as your gonna get in thailand. Amazing food. Phenomenal views. Would recommend it and would stay here again in the future.
