Positive: My flight was delayed, and I arrived late at night, but she arranged for a security guard, so check-in went very smoothly. The next day, I had a conference and needed a cab—she organized that for me too, and the taxi service she uses was fantastic. They were friendly and very punctual. Whenever I had a question, I simply texted her, and she responded quickly. If you want to feel safe and comfortable, like you’re at home, Kathy's place is the one!

Negative: The curtains are soft, so in the morning more light comes in also from the toilet door the same thing!

Negative: at the biggining of thn stay there was several power cuts but that wasprobably an issue on the local network

Positive: Great location, Kathy is very friendly and warm. Security is top notch.
Negative: Parking is available for one vehicle; an alternative is offered for the second vehicle graciously by Kathy in another location, but it is quite inconvenient. Carpets need a change and cleaning regularly, otherwise the rest is okay. Low water pressure as you shower.

Positive: The house is in a very green and quite neighborhood, it has all the confort possible. It is vary spacious, with multiple bathrooms. Kathy's is very responsive and helpful. The Driver she recommanded for the Pick Up Transfer from/to the aiport Allan is amazing. I have made some recommendations for the wifi connection which was not stable, Kathy did everything to solve the issue. For people attending meetings at the UN Coumpound in Gigiri, staying at Kathy' s is quite convenient, you can arrange wih Alan or with UBER 3 euros per drive, 15 mn you are there. In a nutshelll Kathy is the Lady and the house is super.... No need to stay at the hotel....
Negative: There is nothing we did not like

Positive: Very good value for price. The internet is good, the kitchenet is well equipped with all the necessary items. The water dispenser is a very convenient item in the kitchen, saving you a lot of efforts of buying and carrying water. The yard is large and green, there are a few beautiful trees. It is a quiet place - you don't hear traffic noise at all in the evening and that's very important for me personally. The residential area is quiet, well maintained with walkable streets. It is safe and it is right next to Karura forest. There is laundry service for a reasonable price.
Negative: I wish there were mosquito nets on the room windows and bathroom windows.
