Positive: Flat lovely and clean,nice and modern , hosts left snacks tea coffee and milk! Hosts very Friendly , flat a short walk into oban centre , hot tub and spa bath a lovely feature , we would recommend Katie's flat.
Negative: The only downside was the 4pm check in we would have paid a little extra for early check in but early check in was only 1 hour earlier if it had been 2 hours earlier that would have been fine .

Positive: Close to the town centre, owner was very kind, good facilities - hot tub and jacuzzi bath.
Negative: Joined on to the owner’s actual house, not very private, not allowed to use the hot tub after 10pm and the morning of departure.
