KATUTXO is a cozy apartment, recently built in a perfect location to explore Hondarribia and its surroundings. It has a bedroom with a double bed 150 cm wide, a living room with a sofa bed 150 cm wide, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, with all kinds of appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The apartment has underfloor heating and both sheets and towels are provided.

It offers fiber to the home high-speed FREE Wi-Fi connection (FTTH 100Mbps) and the possibility to check in at any time after 3pm with no additional cost.The TV of the leaving room is a smart TV connected to Internet. Furthermore, it also has an optional parking space located just 750 meters away from the apartment. It costs 15€/day and its necessary to book it in advance.

Summary: El apartamento es perfecto, tiene de todo, cama cómoda, cocina, baño con todo lo necesario incluido lavadora secadora. La ubicación es ideal y el edificio y la escalera muy limpio y tranquilo. La limpieza se podría mejorar, me he alojado aquí en tres ocasiones y creo que en las tres lo he comentado.

Summary: Perfecta ubicación No falta de nada Limpieza de las zonas comunes La limpieza del apartamento estaba correcta pero podría mejorar. La puerta de la habitación estab sucía y todos los zocalos también.
