Positive: The best thing is the location, only a 7 minute walk to get into the city.
Negative: The furniture was uncomfortable, the amenities listed was not correct, missing was hair dryer, clothes drying rack, dishwasher powder/ tablets, there was only one wine glass. No information on what to do with rubbish, recycling etc. Was not clear on how to get the washing machine & dryer working, it was only from a previous person leaving washing powder otherwise you would be faced with purchasing powder.
Summary: I would only recommend for short stay 1 - 2 nights not geared up for longer stays unless the amenities are improved.

Positive: Really nice location, well equipped with everything you could need for the stay. Amenities were great too like the pool and the gym
Negative: The lady eventually turned up however she just handed me a bunch of keys (there were more than 8 keys) and when i asked which one opens what, she just told me I'll figure it out. The locking mechanism in Australia is quite different too and no one explained anything and when i called the host/ contacted online, no one got back to me till the next day.
Summary: Really nice place but could use some instructions

Positive: It was not clean, when we got there. We ended up cleaning it ourselves,taking time away from our holiday! It also had no instruction book or ideas for what to do, or where to go. Nothing. I had to log into the properties website, that was given to me by the person who was renting out the property. I didn’t even know what to do with the trash, even after asking, with no response. It was pretty bad.
Negative: The people, who I spent time with in public, were very kind, and that they had almost everything in the cupboards to eat and drink with.
Summary: Pretty dirty but, average quality with cooking utensils.
