Positive: This excellent apartment is very spacious with all amenities and super clean. The kitchen and baths are modern. Loved the showers with jets and hot water. Beds are very comfortable. The terrace was beautiful with great views of La Paz. The owner and the staff person Gumer responded to all our needs very timely. We had an excellent stay. I recommend it highly.
Negative: The only downside is that the main entrance is from the main central street which is extremely busy with car and foot traffic. It could get overwhelming for some. Also, there are 4 different access codes. One for entering the building, complex, one for entering the bulging, one for enabling the elevator and one for entering the apartment. But this did not bother us as it gave us good comfort for security.
Summary: Very spacious, modern, clean and centrally located apartment.

Positive: Absolutely one of the best valued places I have ever stayed. We were two families of four people and rented two apartments. The rooms were clean, spacious, and with all the luxury that you need. The location is perfect in the middle of the city, very close to the purple line and to all shopping areas. The host is very accommodating and responsive. He make sure that both our families are very comfortable. The check-in process was very easy as the host was even opening the doors for us. There is also a nice communal area on the top floor with great views of the city and our children enjoyed the karaoke machine.. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Positive: This is truly the place to be! I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs and hotels, and compared especially to the former, this apartment is outstanding. It’s spacious, spotless, has the best shower and mattress I’ve enjoyed in a long time, and is perfectly located in La Paz. Communication with Nicolás was excellent throughout. What really makes the difference are the thoughtful details — like the bottle of water on the table and the detergent with clear instructions for laundry. A great example of how a business should be run. I’d love to stay here again if I return to La Paz, and I’d gladly recommend it to friends visiting the city. An absolutely amazing apartment! Thank you, Nicolás!
