Positive: cleanliness, friendly owner. the location is at the heart of Mersing Town and near with shops, banks, restaurants and others. have TV and hot/cold water outside the room. have snacks, mineral water, toothbrushes and towels. The bed and bathroom also clean and comfortable to use.

Negative: none I would say. only I did not familiar with how the TV operates. its okay nevertheless.
