Positive: Loved the spacious size of the condo and the big lanai. I think much more convenient and value for a family rather than a traditional resort.
Negative: A little bit far from the beach. Not really convenient to walk if you’re carrying beach stuff

Positive: Excellent location. Short drive to very nice beaches, snorkelling and walking distance to shopping, restaurants. Quiet property, not that busy at the pool during our stay. Spacious, and comfortable condo for 3 people. Nice to be supplied beach chairs and cooler ( no umbrella though for beach)j Also getting the car rental as part of the stay was a nice perk that attracted us to this property. KBM also responded promptly to any queries we had and issue with one of the bathroom sinks not draining well was quickly resolved.
Negative: Kitchen had minimal supplies. There were no cleaning supplies/equipment in bathroom, would be nice to have some spray to wipe down sinks and toilet during our stay. No utensils for BBQ, for cooking or cleaning bbq after use and poor lighting on the lanai. Also dining table on lanai was small. Parking at the complex was sometimes a challenge.
Summary: Overall this was a great property and condo. We would stay again.
