Summary: My husband and I loved the overall experience of Kefaluka. It has a fantastic view of the sea with Akyarlar and the Kos island. The staff were very friendly, and the food was excellent. Shows and DJ performances are on every night. The sea is beautiful and very clean, you can see the fish swimming. The only thing that we didn’t like and we were dissatisfied with was the condition and the cleanliness of the room. Our room wasn’t properly cleaned before we checked in, the room was quite outdated, and this cleaning situation continued with our stay, our room wasn’t regularly cleaned, even the basics were not provided and we had to raise it a quite few times with the reception. Other than that we had no issues.

Summary: The service was fantastic from the reception desk team to the room service to the hotel relationship manger and foods specially for the a al carte restaurants more than the main restaurant which need more supervision and all the other services at the bars and swimming pools and also at the beach was very good and my vacation was an excellent vacation for the forth times since last year. Summary: the staff was awesome Ebru, Olga Cansel are really super nice and made our stay super comfortable even when I complained about anything they would rush and resolve the issue.

Summary: It was very fine, only comment is the service during breakfast, lunch and dinner, as the personnel are very slow in clearing the tables and responding to requests for cleaning table or bringing cutlery or drinks
