Summary: It was a great place but it needs some very small things to be almost perfect! 1. The shower holder needs to be changed. 2. The bathroom exhaust doesn’t seem to work.(no window) 3. The had sink is loose on the vanity table. 4. The outside door doesn’t close properly and doesn’t lock properly. All those are small things but may a big role in the impression your clients leave with. Remember, you can do 100 good things for your customers but they only remember that one not so good thing. Just some hospitality advise from a world traveler!!!

Summary: We had the most amazing three nights at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Such a wonderful setting, with many terraces and areas to enjoy. One of the best terraces in the town. Breakfast was locally sourced and wonderful. The setting was just perfect and lovely coffee. We really liked the fact complimentary filter coffee and tea was offered throughout the day in the restaurant area (as well as having sachets in your room) . The shower items provided smelled lovely too. We stayed in just the standard room, so it was understandably on the smaller side, so the only constructive comment I can make is that there was not really anywhere to hang your clothes. Particularly if you have a long dress. So I would say if you’re going longer than 3 nights or having space to hang clothes and just general space in the room is very important to you, then I would upgrade. The road outside the hotel is a typical windy narrow street, so if you have a hire car I would recommend parking down the hill, like we did. There’s plenty of free spaces with proper bays and only a few minute walk up. We would stay here again in a heartbeat Overall cannot be faulted.

Summary: we enjoyed our stay in the cave rooms at Kelebek, the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant breakfast was excellent. The staff were helpful with bookings for tours. Any issues were addressed promptly.
