Kelly Kove is the perfect lake house! Gentle walk to the water, with large beach area on both sides of the dock. Great cove for swimming, fishing or kayaking with spectacular views! Awesome amenities include 2 kayaks, 3paddle-boards with a supply of different size life jackets provided and a walk in entrance to the water, fire-pit area overlooking the lake. The dock has a large floater with plenty of room. The interior has recently been completely renovatedand boasts a chef's style kitchen brand new stainless steel appliances. The main level offers an open kitchen, breakfast bar with seating, 2 dining tables, and a living room with a comfortable seating and wall mounted flat screen TV along with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The living room has access to the large deck, perfect for outdoor meals, or just relaxing with your morning coffee overlooking your gorgeous water views. Master bedroom with a king bed, private full bath, along with 2 other bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beautifully renovated lower level offers 2 more bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a laundry with full size washer/dryer. The downstairs family room has plenty of seating, foosball table, wall-mounted flat screen TV with. You and your family will want to return year after year to this wonderful home because it truly has everything that you need for the perfect family vacation!!
