Positive: well appointed room, very nice grounds, elegant and comfortable common spaces, complimentary breakfast, 24 hour coffee and snacks.

Negative: our particular room had a very small bathroom but it was clean and modern.

Positive: The property is a beautiful historic inn with full-on ‘Murder She Wrote’ vibes (in the best way) there are open fires, a beautiful gathering space and cookies in the afternoon. I loved looking around the boutique and exploring the town with is only a 10 mil in walk from the property

Positive: Complimentary breakfast was great. Really nice fresh fruits, nice pastries and a daily special like quiche or egg sandwiches. Common rooms were really nice with spacious seating areas and beautiful fireplaces which were lit during our winter stay. Free parking was available on-site and was never full. Property was within walking distance to downtown Kenneybunkport shops and restaurants.

Negative: Bathroom was small and had no shelving or storage space. Bathroom was also inadequately heated.

Summary: Great historic Inn to visit "Prelude" festivities. Pricey though forsize room.
