Positive: This property has actually two parts: a hostel and a pub/diner. The hostel part is adequate. The rooms are simple, without much luxuries, but they are comfortable and are not missing anything either. The pub part is very good. It has a good ambience, good beer and the best schnitzels I've ever had and very friendly staff. You can see the patrons are mostly locals, which is a good sign. I really recommend having dinner here. The location is quite convenient to reach by car. Only 15 minutes from the center of Trier.

Negative: The wifi reception was definitely not the best, at least in the room we took. If you really need it, that could be a problem.
