Summary: Parking lot was adequate. Staff was amazing and the only reason rating is higher. Area was fine until nightfall and then became sketchy. Rooms were decent and look recently updated. Didn't use laundry facility and pool was closed for the season. Overall mid hotel but decent for a cheap nights sleep.

Summary: The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom needed updating as the tub and toilet were old and not in good condition.

Summary: The staff was great & worked with our needs. I gave so many stars due to the staff. The property is run down & each room comes with or lacks furniture so that each room is a little different. The room last night had a microwave, the one previous didn’t. Neither stay did the room have an ice bucket & had to use a bag for transport. The cable was not plugged in and had to use private tools to fix it. The room was super inexpensive (another reason for the # of stars), so I'm pleased with

Summary: The 2 distractions were chain smoking guests on the 3rd floor. Reported to the front desk after a few hours. Unfortunately, the smelly odor permeated through the walls. Secondly, i was awakened atv2,30 am-4:30 am by repetive music. Couldn't go back to sleep. Then the cigarette smoke started again. Lastly, there's a 100.00 deposit required. Not a problem. Just unexpected.

Summary: All of the drawers were broken on the furniture, all of the cabinets were boarded up in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The boxspring boards were all broken as well. Staff was awesome, super friendly and very helpful but it looks like the ownership has really neglected the property.
