Summary: It is located such a nice place, everything is nearby. They do not have an outside shower to rinse after a day at the beach, no elevator, and they do not have any water in the lobby to grab a glass. Besides that everything was perfect.

Summary: This was the perfect place for our quick overnight stay in Montauk! The rooms were super clean and large and check in was easy. The owner was also extremely hospitable and was able to provide travel toiletries we had forgotten. The outside may look a bit rough around the edges but it honestly was a perfect place for a couple nights stay and newly renovated rooms. Would absolutely stay again!

Summary: I found our room to be nicely decorated, spacious, and very clean. Our bathroom was very tiny, but the sink was separate, which I appreciate, to save time getting ready. Closet door was a mirror, which is always nice. The restaurant wasn’t open but the front desk assistant gave us an amazing recommendation for a very fresh seafood restaurant.

Summary: We arrived at 3:30PM. The Host checked us in while wearing his bathrobe!!! This was highly inappropriate, embarrassing and did not show any regard for arriving guests. There was no coffee maker or microwave in the room even though we booked a “premium” room.
