Positive: A very clean, minimalist, comfortable beds, stylish place. Friendly staff. We felt very comfortable. We had fresh water for refilling and complimentary water bottles were readily accessible. The location was perfect. Close to amenities and also towards the end of the night market. Would recommend and visit again.

Positive: Great location on the main "strip" in Kenting. Friendly owners and parking nearby. Room was spacious for 4 people, and had good amenities.
Negative: The pictures of the room we booked had a balcony, however this turned out to be a Juliette balcony which was not quite what we expected.

Negative: Some users of the hotel live in the hotel (with kids) and are very noisy. I knocked their door to keep it calm.

Negative: The shower over the bath was a little tricky. Children making noise in the evening was not so great
