3 Bedroom House in Lexington

Quiet and private setting on a dead end street in Fayette County. Great views of the Kentucky river. This house is 1 miles from I-75 & 15 minutes to downtown Lexington. Enjoy dinner < 1 mile away at Proud Mary BBQ (seasonally open) w/ Live music or Jean Farris Winery right down the road. There is a fire pit in the back yard. No stairs to the river ans there is no dock for use on the river. The backyard is very beachy with lots of sand. Also, there are friendly neighborhood dogs that roam the area. We have never had any issues with them. I’ve had some feedback about the yard and the basement, so to be transparent please note the basement ia not part of the livinf space. The yard is not manicured, it floods, it is very sandy and somewhat unlevel. Also, the stpes down to the river have been washed away, there is not a designated path to the river.

Summary: Super cute last minute get away with a great view. It did end up storming so I didn’t get to enjoy the outside the way I hoped but the inside was SO cute and it was just perfect.

Summary: This was an amazing property with a more amazing host. Michelle took great care of us, she was attentive to any of our needs. The house was well-stocked and had some of the best appliances I have seen in a rental. If you're looking for a place to relax and still be close to nice restaurants and shopping give the little gem by the river a look.

Summary: The place was perfect for our Sister Weekend. Plenty of room to relax along with a incredible kitchen. Very quiet and comfy beds. While the exterior is under renovation, I wouldn't expect a children's play area but for older kids and adults, a super place to stay!

Summary: This place was PERFECT for a yearling sale/baby moon/girls weekend… clean, cute, right on the river… what more could you ask for!? Michelle was attentive and available; she happily answered every one of my silly questions, bless her. I’ve already asked to block the same week for next year 🥰

Summary: We rented the house for a friends wedding. We enjoyed the space of the house, it was nice to have three bed rooms. The wifi was an issue that needs to be addressed. The location was nice but the neighbors had multiple campers in the front yard which was an eye sore.
