This is real comfort and relaxation! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with immense living room is on the Ohio River boasting 2.2 acres, perfect for a large family or friends to gather or see the ARK ENCOUNTER. We are a pet/smoke/vape free property.
Have a family picnic on the lawn or lounge on the two oversized decks. Fish on our private dock! Roast marshmallows at the fire pit and then watch the sunset and falling stars on the upper deck. Summary: We enjoyed our stay and found the property as advertised in the description. We especially enjoyed spending the mornings drinking coffee and watching the boats and barges navigate the river. We also found it convenient to visit the Ark Encounter. Travis was a great host and always responded quickly if we had any questions. Wish we could have had a few more days there!

Summary: Everyone loved the house. The only small thing is there was only one TV. Other than that it was beautiful. The view from the window to the river was gorgeous.

Summary: This property was the perfect match for us! It was the perfect location to use for our weekend trip to visit the creation Museum and the ark encounter. It was in the middle of both. We had plenty of room and the view was wonderful. We would definitely book this house again.

Summary: We stayed here with our two sons, our daughter in-law and 4 small grandchildren as a base for trips to the Ark Encounter and Creation museum and other attractions. The children enjoyed having the use of lots of toys and books and also a pack and play, stroller and high chair. We loved the view of the river. The king size bed was wonderfully comfortable. The air conditioning was set at a perfect temperature and we really needed it because it was very hot outside! There are a couple of floor irregularities that could be hazardous for older people including a shallow step down a couple of feet inside the back door. When we needed him Travis always responded immediately which we were very thankful for. We enjoyed using the well equipped kitchen and huge refrigerator with ice machine. There was lots of hot water. It was good to have a bathtub/shower on the lower floor for the children. The porch swing on the lower deck was an unexpected bonus! I would certainly stay there again. .

Summary: The home is spacious, clean, and pleasantly decorated with plenty of amenities. The view of the lake is gorgeous and the best part of the property! Would definitely come back again...

Summary: We enjoyed our stay on the river in Warsaw. The house was great and view of the river was beautiful. The kids loved all of the games and extra space to stretch out.

Summary: The house was great for our extended family as we traveled to Kentucky to visit the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. We enjoyed the time at the house and would rent again if we are in that area again.

Summary: Upon arrival to the he house, our grandchildren immediately commented how nice the house was and about the great view. It was a restful place to come back to after our daily tour of Kentucky and Ohio. Special attention was given to the comfort of guests.

Summary: We loved the house and I was surprised that had so many things available to us. We have two small children and we were very surprised that everything we needed for them was at hand. Will definitely come back but in a warmer time. The only thing was that the basement was a little cold, but everything else made up for it. Awesome stay great price!!..
