Summary: There were no surprises, everything was excellent. Only the pool was being under renovation. Good location between the city and the airport. Near the hotel is a tramway station and a waiting point for small taxis. Sidewalks around the hotel are top, but not everywhere.

Summary: This hotel was right in between downtown and the airport, while they don’t have a shuttle you can communicate with the front desk and they will get a car to pick you up at any time you request! After a long trip throughout Morocco it was nice to be in a hotel with a full bar:) the rooms were spacious and comfortable and would recommend to anyone!

Summary: It was conveniently located close to business district. The friendliness of the staff was excellent. Breakfast, buffet style , was sufficient. Dinner had optines buffet style or a la carte, prices are reasonable. Spa was good with enough choices for a stay. Staff throughout the stay was very helpful.

Summary: This should be rated at 3 star not 4 (they have a pool). The AC in my room did not work properly, air conditioner was running but did not cool the room. Unpleasant sleeping experience. All the noise from hallway people talking, door closing you can hear in the room. Not a great experience.

Summary: Same issue as last time with the air con not being fixed and left unfixed after several requests over the 2 days. Other than that when it did get finally fixed, the regular staff were back and absolutely splendid ti be around.

Summary: Staff could have been more helpful. When the AC did not work I has someone work on it while I’m in the room rather than transfer me rooms and then after he couldn’t fix it then transferred me. Incredibly incovnenient. AC not working in a lot of the property, there was old hun on the carpet and when I called for water at 2 am nobody would bring me some which has never happened at a 5 star. I suggest a better hotel chain. Poor management.

Summary: The staff at the reception were very nice and helpful. Two of the receptionists, Loubana and Asmara, went out of their way to make sure that we had a nice stay. The rooms were also spacious and well maintained. The only negative was the lack of dining options near the hotel
