Rénovée en 2025, elle est dotée d’une terrasse en bois de 60 m² avec salon de jardin et table à manger. Accès direct sur la plage. La maison dispose d'un vaste salon avec billard, bar et cheminée, de trois grandes chambres, dont deux donnant sur l'océan, deux salles de bains. Un cadre idéal pour profiter des charmes de L'Ile Tudy !
Cette maison de famille est conçue pour accueillir huit personnes (neuf éventuellement grâce au lit parapluie pour bébé).
Le vaste salon de 37 m² avec vue sur la plage permet de vivre des moments de partage en famille ou entre amis quelle que soit la saison. Le grand canapé avec méridiennes constitue un cadre agréable pour les conversations, pour contempler l’océan ou le feu de cheminée durant les soirées d’hiver. Envie d’un jeu d’adresse convivial ? La table de la salle à manger cache un billard qui vous promet de bons moments ! Le bar en bois des années 1950 est un excellent repère pour se rassembler autour d’un bon cru ou d’un cocktail savamment concocté.
La grande terrasse en bois de 60 m² donne directement sur la plage. Elle est pourvue d’un salon de jardin, d’une grande table à manger et d’un robinet débarrassant les pieds des grains de sable après un bain de mer ou de soleil. Un éclairage extérieur et des lampes-tempête permettent de prolonger la soirée tout en écoutant les vagues...
La spacieuse cuisine aménagée et équipée de 16 m² était la cuisine du restaurant de nos grands-parents dans les années 50 et 60, crêperie puis rôtisserie du nom de « Pen an Truk » avec sa grande hotte décorative. Elle dispose de tout le nécessaire pour mitonner de bons petits plats.
A l'étage, trois grandes chambres modulables pour la configuration des lits (22 m², 20 m² et 14 m²), dont deux avec vue sur l’océan. Toutes disposent d’espaces de rangements. Une grande salle de bains avec baignoire et tablette en bois massif vient compléter la salle d’eau du rez-de-chaussée.
La maison est idéalement située pour profiter des charmes de ce village de pêcheurs. Tout se fait à pied : plage, base nautique à 100 mètres (location de kayaks, paddles, catamarans…), restaurants, port, location de vélos, balades…
Un auvent est mis à disposition pour ranger vos vélos et équipements extérieurs.
