Positive: The condo was comfortable and clean, and with two bedrooms is was plenty big for our needs. The location would have been good, but road closures and detours forced all traffic onto the street right in front of the two bedrooms. Nevertheless, we had a good stay and when we had issues, it was easy to reach the property manager.
Negative: The bedroom windows are old and probably single pane, so they didn't help at all with the noise from all the traffic that was about 30 feet away. Construction detours send all the traffic right in front of the condo this summer, so that's an issue that will not always be there. The back sliding door worked, but the screen door didn't -- it was off the tracks and couldn't be put back on. A few floor tiles are "proud" and stick up, so we almost tripped over them. The towel racks are old and cheap and one fell off the wall, while another looked like it was barely hanging on. This condo is moderately priced (for Ketchum), and it should be. It's just very basic.
Summary: Moderately priced for Ketchum, as it should be.

Positive: The location was great. It was close to where we had activities. It was clean and we had quiet neighbors. We received the entrance code without a problem. I received a quick reply when I texted about a cabinet drawer being loose.
Negative: The refrigerator and freezer were a little too warm. We found that out a little too late. The freezer food started to thaw and the refrigerated stuff wasn't as cold as it should have been; however, we were able to turn the temperature down easily. We were close to the road so we could hear vehicles driving by at night when we were trying to sleep.
Summary: We had a great experience. It was clean and close to our activities.
