This home will give you tranquility, nature and many options for walks and watching Florida Wildlife. Located in a quiet small gated community but centrally located to many shops and just minutes from US-41 with access to Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples as well as the Waterside Shops.

Key Wester features beautiful airy décor; the two bedrooms are fitting for a smaller group with two King size bedrooms and a den with a sleeper couch option.
Two of the king bedrooms have their designated bathroom, which gives you plenty of privacy.
The Villa can fit up to 4 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious bar there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, lounging, outdoor shower, al fresco dining plenty of options for lounging and entertaining, swimming in the heated pool or just relaxing in the hot tub. If you like you can also take a kayak tour on the Imperial River with the kayak that the owner has available for our guests (Use at your own risk) or if you like to rent a boat, you can dock it on your boat dock.

Summary: Not being in Cape Coral is a slight disadvantage when you do need to speak to someone as often easier f2f. The garden to the rear of the property neede trimming back to take full advantage of the views. The pillows could do with being replaced in the master bedroom. The lanai was in need of a deep clean - moss was growing between the flag stones and weeds taking root. Instructions for operating the TV and media and on the use of the swimming pool / hot tub would be appreciated. There are currently 2 sets of general instructions in the property which contradict each other in some parts e.g. when trash is collected. Overall team members are knowledgeable and friendly.

Summary: We loved everything about this wonderful home and didn’t want to leave! The location on the river was stunning and so peaceful We spent many hours watching the wildlife including hummingbirds & otters The beds were extremely comfy & the kitchen well equipped Close to a Publix and restaurants & a short drive to the beaches We would definitely stay here again & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends The management company were easy to deal with when booking and fortunately we didn’t have any problems or issues that we needed to contact them during our stay!

Summary: There definitely should be a television in the bedroom. We noticed this was a recurrent comment written by other guests in the guest book. The house also had a sound system which we were unable to operate. The instructions for operating other things in the house was very complete it would of been helpful if there was one for this. Very good.

Summary: Very much enjoyed our stay. The property is wonderful. We loved that it is very private and very quiet. We saw more wildlife right outside the lanai (ospreys, eagles, herons, ibises, dolphins) than we did at Ding Darling. This was a wonderful vacation rental and the weather was just about perfect the entire time. You are all great to work with.
