Summary: The facilities were not well maintained. However, the room cleanliness was very good, and housekeeping did an excellent job. The front desk staff would benefit from additional training in customer service. When I made a simple, general request, the front desk staff responded that they could not accommodate it. When I explained that such basic requests are usually fulfilled when possible, I was told, “We have 101 rooms and we don’t have to meet everyone’s request.” This response felt dismissive and reflected a lack of customer service training.

Summary: I stayed for 4 days. Didn’t get a chance to dine-in, so not sure of the restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s walking distance from the city center and all its attractions. There are some nice restaurants nearby. It’s easy to catch an auto from the front of the hotel. The location is slightly sketchy.

Summary: This was my first stay at this property. The location is terrific for meetings in central Trivandrum. The property itself is great for a business traveller. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of both local and national favourites. The staff were unremittingly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.
