Negative: Amazing Hidden Gem A fantastic little hidden gem. The hotel is very new, modern and exceptionally clean. The pool is beautiful, winding its way between the villas, and the tiny star-like lights make it especially atmospheric at night. We stayed in a Pool Family Suite, which was absolutely incredible. Spacious, beautifully designed and with direct access to the pool – easily one of the highlights of our stay. We also loved the small coffee bar at the “train station” – such a charming and unusual little spot. The food and breakfast still have some room for improvement, although the staff were always friendly, attentive and genuinely tried their best. Considering the quality of the accommodation, the value for money was outstanding. We paid roughly half of what we would normally expect for a hotel of this standard. A beautiful, modern property with a lot of character and definitely a hidden gem.

Positive: We stayed in Khanom for only two nights as part of our itinerary, but we quickly realized we could have spent a whole week here. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The train theme is unique and very tastefully executed. The hotel is modern, well maintained, and has excellent facilities. Our favorite feature was the fish pond where guests can relax and enjoy a fish spa experience. The hotel is relatively small, which creates a peaceful and personal atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The restaurant serves excellent food, and we ended up having dinner there every night. Khanom itself is beautiful and not crowded with tourists, making it a perfect destination for a relaxing getaway. We also had the opportunity to meet the owner, Sorn, who was very friendly and passionate about the hotel's railway concept. Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable stay. We hope to return again in the future!

Positive: It’s a tough question, because the stay itself, despite not being the best of times for me personally: was a wonderful period, thanks in part to the incredible staff who made this place feel like home for a while; I felt truly taken care of. The natural surroundings were magnificent: the cicadas, the lush greenery, everything perfectly maintained and regularly tended to by the staff. The quality of the architecture and the interiors, created with such passion, is at the highest level. The attention to detail and the quality of the amenities are outstanding: the value for money is fantastic. It was truly hard to say goodbye to this place.

Positive: Very beautiful hotel designed in the style of a railway station. High-quality premium materials and beautiful, expensive furniture have been used throughout. This hotel is a work of art. It is a place that makes you want to come back again and again. Delicious food at the restaurant and wonderful staff. We stayed in a villa with direct access to a huge long swimming pool that stretches around and surrounds all the hotel buildings.

Positive: The bed was comfortable. The atmosphere of the establishment was great since there were a garden you can walk through, a pond in which you can rest your feet to let the fish tickle them, and a 100-meter long pool. There was a number shown on the shower tap to tell you the exact temperature of the water coming out of the shower head.
Negative: The texture of the floor of the room was not great resulting in it getting greasy easily just from walking on it. The wall in the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned.

Positive: I absolutely love this railway station hotel! The location, design, facilities, and the unique concept of having real train and wagon rooms are all fantastic. It’s a brand-new establishment, which adds to its charm. The architecture is beautiful, and the pool is an absolute highlight. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the hotel is not too crowded when we visited. The rooms and little villas are well-disposed around the main pools, creating a sense of privacy and exclusivity. Even if you’re just a regular guest, you’ll feel like you have your own private pool area for your family. We had a baby with us, and the pool’s depth of 1.30 meters made it safe for her. There wasn’t much space for our daughter to fall and get hurt. If you’re planning a family trip, this hotel is an excellent choice. It’s also great for couples who want a relaxing getaway.
Negative: There aren’t many things that aren’t okay in that hotel. However, I must mention that accessing the sauna and hot water pool with bubbles can be a bit inconvenient. The timing is limited to between 5 and 9 PM, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, you have to go to the reception desk and pay before you can use the facilities. This is not very convenient. I would have preferred a place where we could go whenever we wanted. If we were there for a few days, we could relax and unwind whenever we wanted. Sometimes, we don’t know when we want to go to the sauna or hot water spa, so waiting for the evening is not ideal. Similarly, if we can’t go during the day, it’s not a good option either. I understand that the hotel is already well-done and beautiful, but I don’t understand why the food options are limited. The restaurant and food are really good, but the breakfast is sometimes too large and includes too many items. Some classic European dishes are missing, which makes it feel a bit restrictive. Overall, the hotel is a nice place, but I would have preferred more options for food and relaxation.
